ORDER CANCELLATION
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, unfortunately, your order can no longer be cancelled.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
A happy and satisfied otaku is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a return or a refund for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive a wrong item
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days (on top of the on-time delivery date) to decide if you want to keep or return the item for any reason, as long as they are in pristine quality, meaning the products are unused, unopened box, and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc.
You are responsible to bear any shipping and customs costs when returning the item.
A refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.
Unfortunately, we will not issue any refunds if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. Not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
